The HOUSE is not required to ask permission from the WH if they want to invite a person to speak before a joint session of Congress.
Because people don’t understand the Constitution, they don’t realize that the WH, the Congress, the Court - ARE ALL EQUAL BRANCHES OF GOVT. That means - Congress can have anyone they want as a guest speaker.
Obama is NOT KING .. and he cannot tell Congress who they can have as a guest speaker.

So Obama is upset. Oh well ..!!!! His actions and statements, and those of his “staff”, are of no consequence. They sound like bratty children who are mad because they didn’t get their way.
