If Limbaugh campaigns against Cruz like he did against Palin in 2012 when he campaigned for Romney, he’s going to have to be reeeal sneaky about it. Subtle, nuanced. Like he was with Palin and Romney.

Well, she backed out in 2011 but the pro Romney campaign was ongoing throughout the primaries.
