You are referring to a rare physical anomaly. Trannies suffer from a mental illness. There is nothing wrong with the bodies they’re born with. Don’t confuse the issue to push an agenda.
I happen to know a tetragametic chimera, who happens to be about 30% female and 70% male. He presents as a male (he says, I haven’t checked) but has conflicted interests and motivations about gender and sexuality, as one might expect, and which is not the result of a mental illness.
