any adult who needs to be told that Pizza is not known as a “low calorie” food, can’t be helped much with anything else in life

Probably the last thing they are thinking about while digging into the pizza is how many calories and how nutritional.

Actually Papa Johns has come up with an alternative that is pretty low cal, as pizza goes.

They have a thin crust (it reminds me of a matzo cracker), pile on the veggies, olives, mushrooms, tomatoes, jalapenos, banana peppers, green pepper...and it’s not bad.

Nutritional info per slice: 240 calories, 12 grams of fat, 24 carbohydrates, and 10 grams of protein per slice.
