I’ve sort of crashed and burned (again) but now have new anti-depressant meds.
My cherished DrO died on my birthday last year.
I’ve got grief issues.
Wow, no doubt. I’m so sorry for your loss.
Grief is something you have to go through, to get to the other side.
It’s not easy. And you’ll always be missing a part of you, with a relationship that close.
I’m not meaning to sound negative! Just to let you know I get it, and to be patient with yourself.
