Motor Trend turned an 11.7 with their Hellcat on street tires, and they said the only difference between their result and the NHRA certified result of 11.2 was they ran on asphalt and the 11.2 was on VHT prepped concrete.

Now I'm sure Dodge didn't send a Hellcat out that had some plug wires missing but your reasoning, "because the video was released by Dodge," needs a little more proof as to whether they switched to nitromethane or something.
