The ONLY way electric will rule the roost is if they can get the increased range and prices down.

The electrics are neat to play around with but take for instance where my relatives live in Minnesota vs where I live in west Texas. Heavy winters absolutely kill the range when heaters are required as well the range is killed when air conditioning is needed like here. Electric I suppose can be used in areas of California unless you travel a lot of highway use

Oh, by the way, the Challenger would have probably dusted off the little electric car if he would have had his traction control on and had a fair start. I consider this exhibition kinda like Obozo and his unemployment creative accounting.

I agree completely. It’s not happening anytime soon. The tech just isn’t there yet. Probably 50 years out or so.

I always considered ‘traction control’ cheating personally. I get it, but it’s slot car racing. Does not take talent to mash a pedal and let a comp race for you.

Little? 5000 pounds worth of little.

The Challenger should beat the Tesla in a quarter mile but it would be coming from behind. AWD and low end torque leaves the Challenger in the dust on the start.
