Lot had two sons by his daughters, you mentioned Moab, just thought I'd mention the other one, Benammi, the father of the children of Ammon. (Amonites) The girls got in a bit of a panic when they thought they' d never "know" another man and so got their old man drunk and had their way with him.

We need to keep in mind too, that the law hadn't been handed down by God yet, at that time. Later, Mosaic/Levitical law forbade the practice.
