The state isn't involved in your marriage, unless you were one of those who wanted a state approved marriage.
Were you?
Because you can ignore getting government approval if you choose, you could 100 years ago, and 200 years ago, but George Washington and Thomas Jefferson wanted state approval, Washington even had to submit to investigation and Jefferson wanted to have a marriage license, but you don't have to.
Marriage is a political battle, your posts are a way of supporting the left by trying to dishonestly convince conservatives to surrender and leave the left unopposed, in making the marriage laws of America.
FWIW I was married by a MINISTER, an ordained Presbyterian.
Regardless of where or when one gets married, the issue I was addressing is the marriage LICENSE, not states conducting marriage ceremonies. When the state puts its imprimatur on a fag marriage license, it is approving the behavior. If the state were not issuing licenses in the first place, there would be no such acquiescence this is a normal event.
So, remove all auspices of state sanctions of marriage. Leave it up to the churchs. Whether one’s church marries or does not marry someone should be left up to the church's teaching IMO.
If anyone believes the court is going to overturn fag marriage, you are wrong. The courts have foisted this event upon the states which have voted to not sanction them. Our nation has been substantially transformed just like the jackass in the whitehut wanted.
