I have no doubt that we’re going to see a 5-4 or 6-3 decision. The main question in my mind at this point is this: how are the GOP candidates going to respond?
There aren’t many candidates I like on this issue. Many of them are far too weak on it, either not challenging it, disingenously shrugging it off, or claiming it’s a states’ rights issue.
But this is going to be plopped in their laps. They’ll be required to go on the record about precisely where they stand. And it’ll determine whether I even consider voting for them.
Electing one of us as President won't make any difference, you need to elect a lot of us to state legislatures and to statewide office and to judges where elected.
