Only the liberal mind can fathom this. It is capable of holding two contradictory thoughts at the same time.

From your link, it says:
In 1892, after a spirited competition among piedmont cities, Trinity opened in Durham, largely because of the generosity of Washington Duke and Julian S. Carr, influential and respected Methodists grown prosperous in the tobacco industry.
Wonder why they named the school after Duke and Carr was left out...

I have no personal or professional connection to Duke University, so I can only guess ...
My "reading between the lines" in that paragraph is that Washington Duke forked over considerably more money than anybody else ... and the Golden Rule was put into effect. (He who has the gold, makes the rules.)

Duke, the law school of Richard Nixon (3rd in his class 1937).
With the intense competition among elite schools for smart kids who can pay the exorbitant tuition, this seems like a bad sales pitch.
Essentially Duke is recruiting muslims. Perhaps thats the plan.

A Friday visit from Rolling Thunder circling in front of the chapel would do the trick.

Is it just coincidental that Duke is starting to lose basketball games after they approved of this B.S? Maybe God is hitting them where it hurts them the most.

Amen.
I’ve seen that before. She didn’t want to go, but the Lord prompted her. Speaking truth into a world of lies.

I actually discovered things that my wife and I could do together and have a real life not tied to sports. My blood pressure is 116 over 68 and I dont sit in front of the TV ramming chips and dips down my throat and yelling at the TV. It really is a nice life out there.LOL!! Priceless!
