The way I understand it, blasphemy is the act or offense of speaking sacrilegiously about God. At least, that's the dictionary definition. So based on this definition, can one blaspheme the Pope, the Dalai Lama, Moses or Mohammad?
They SWEAR that they don't worship Mohammad but I've never seen them get this upset over offensive (or any) depictions of Jesus or Moses.

Good point. Muslims I’ve met will say Jesus is a “great prophet’
But interesting how they don’t seem quite so “offended” when Jesus is ridiculed or attacked or blasphemed

Re: being upset over depictions or Jesus
That was the excuse for trashing hundreds of churches. However, heaven has “weighed in” on this topic with: the Sacred Heart image, the Divine Mercy image, and the one that should make them apoplectic; Guadalupe, in which Our Lady “clothed with the sun” (Rev 12:1) stands victoriously on their beloved crescent moon. All revealed from heaven and accompanied by such miracles as the victory at Lepanto.
