You need to get your facts straight. Beverly Johnson did not go to the Playboy mansion. She went to Cosby’s home, I believe in NYC, the one he lived in with his wife and kids. She had been there before with her young daughter for lunch. She trusted him and had no reason not to.
Beverly Johnson claims she went to Cosby’s home. She has not even proven she ever met him.
I also find her claim that she took one sip of the coffee and knew it was drugged and then took another sip rather odd.
She provided no date of the alleged incident and had no acting roles for about 5 years before and 5 years after the mid 1980s when she places the incident. It seems strange that she would even be on Cosby’s radar at that time.
I also think it strange that she would believe there would such an intense and personal casting process to basically be a glorified extra on one episode.
I wouldn’t be shocked if some of his accusers are telling the truth, but I don’t find her to be very credible.
