I am so gullible. When all this sea-rise bunk started, I purchased inexpensive property between 1/4 and 1/2 mile from the ocean, hoping it would become ocean front property. I guess I got caught holding the bag. (just kidding)
I live in Iowa. When the surf comes up in Omaha, I'll start to worry. :-)
