....This “failed” nominee was so important to the GOP that his “ideas” summit, held last summer in Utah, drew the whole field of party luminaries and presidential contenders, from former running mate Rep. Paul Ryan to Sen. Rand Paul, Gov. Chris Christie, Sen. Rob Portman, and former Gov. Mike Huckabee.....

Hardly the whole field. And Ryan and Portman have since said that they are not running.

The one weird trick Romney could do to most benefit the country: kill himself.

Myth might be a decent candidate; provided he runs for a suitable office based upon his experience, in the political party where his political philosophy belongs. As a democRat:

Romney for Dogcatcher!

If a non-democrat is going to have even a miniscule chance of winning in 2016 (which is highly doubtful anyway), Mitt must NOT be at the top of the GOP ticket. I came around to supporting him last time around out of my abject hatred for Obama.

But damn... it’s time to at least act like we’d like to win.. not nominate a graceful loser.

Taking the writer’s and the party establishment’s good faith at face value (I know, I know, but hear me out,) support for Bush or Romney candidacies just shows such a colossal lack of imagination.

I was quite surprised to see Laura Ingraham on O’Reilly last night, as, when OR asked her who she liked, between Bush, Romney and Walker, she chose Romney.

I thought she was rather conservative. I was sure she would have said, given those 3 choices, that Walker would be best.
