I was just thinking that it was in 1968 that a sophomore laden Buckeye team won the national championship and then the next year they were undefeated and #1 till they went up to Michigan to face a first year head coach. Could that scenario play out again next year.
I know you didn’t ask me, but I think it could happen like that. Rarely does a number one team stay undefeated the following year.
Would love it. For the first time in years, I’m totally pumped about the Michigan-Ohio State rivalry again.
