Did you watch the video? The man was armed with 2 knives and ignored repeated warnings to get on the ground. He clearly caused his own death.
Sure. He was 10 feet away from the nearest cop, standing still, making no threatening moves, and the cop that shot him was 20 or 25 feet away from him. Looks like a clean kill to me. </sarcasm>
I watched the video. There are two people who would be happy at what they did: Yourself and Heinrich Himmler. As he lay dying they tortured him by shooting him with bean bags Then they took the dog to desecrate his corpse by chewing on it. Decent people do not do things such as this.
The guy had a weapon and caused his own troubles.
Starting at about the 1:25 mark on the video you can clearly hear the guys referring to knives and such.
Apparently the police are supposed to wait until the guy gets close enough to stab them before taking action. . .like FReepers here would do if confronted by an armed man.
