The problem is, this is more than enough for the EPA to ban diesel engines. The radical greens want us to go back to living in thatched huts and eating low hanging fruit. They assume, of course, that they themselves will be among the .001% who survive.

You mean they didn’t have them each put their mouths on the tailpipe?

USEPA has been super aggressive in regulating diesels.
But fear not, now that the Mexican trucks are cleared to come in under NAFTA, there will be plenty of non-EPA compliant diesels to carry the freight.

I can remember our family car following a bus through one of the Allegheny tunnels when I was a 6 year old. I puked my guts out! Feel the same way today about diesel fumes! Really obnoxious!

They envision themselves living in PanEm. The rest of us, District 13.
Like 1984 every time someone writes a dystopian novel, they think it's a blueprint.

Stay out of bathroom-sized rooms with diesel fumes being pumped in if you have asthma. Got it

I remember being in the motor pool on alerts when the entire M-60A3 tank battalion would fire up and wait around in case we got the order to head for the hills. Lots-o-deisel.

Seems way low, especially rapped out at 3600 RPM.
