A couple of years ago I watched one on the Mumbai attack; it was even more creepy because while it was narrated, they also played recordings (I guess gathered by Indian intelligence) of the handlers directing the attack. The jihadists themselves weren’t very sophisticated (they were overwhelmed by the large shop windows and such), and it described their movements fairly thoroughly.
The biggest disgrace in Kenya (that definitely contributed to a higher death toll) was that the government waited about three hours before sending anyone in. A small group of plainclothes policemen went in on their own earlier (and helped rescue some people), then some of them were shot (and one of them was killed) by the troops/SWAT as they moved in later.
