Caring what they publish is like saying that a bunch of people who were just massacred at McDonald's have a right to eat a cheeseburger and french fries. Do you think the jihadi's care about anyone's "right to publish" anything? They're not killing over rights to anything. They're killing because they're killers. Crazed killers.

I don't believe this is merely "the right to publish." This sounds more like the "rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
