At 0:30 the terrorist runs toward the special forces and goes down in a hail of bullets. No hostage died during the raid , they were killed when the terrorist entered the building and took it over.

A well trained .... (terrorist/agent) would change clothes with a civilian and send them out to get shot. Then they would escape with the crowd that exited after the hail of bullets stopped.

..and give the commando who went in first a medal. It took some serious ballage to do that.
When the door is first opened, there is a body on the floor, possibly a hostage. It appears that when they started shooting, that they got someone further in the store. After that, martyr boy comes running at them and they took him out pronto. It looked like they didn’t wait to see if he was incapacitated after he was shot, they finished him on the spot.
