I Senator was sworn in on CSPAN a few years ago, on the Senate floor, by VP Biden.
Biden felt up his wife on camera, and said he needed to "frisk" her.

My jaw is still on the floor from when he mugged the LLWS Champ team seconds after they got the final out back in 2009.
Charged the kids in the middle of their celebration and made them take pictures with him.
The kids, and even some of the coaches, didn’t appear to have any idea who he was.
