Democrat Senator, Ernest Hollings partially owned a restaurant I ate in in Charleston named SARACEN!!! I wonder if a MUSLIM had anything to do with it!!! It did have a Middle East LOOK about it.
It actually had one of my fav meals.....pumpkin perogies with sage and browned butter......YUM!!! I still remember after probably 20 years!!
