On this point you are dead wrong. There has never been ample opportunity for employment in the rural areas since the invention of the combine! Boys and girls have studied hard in the rural schools, gotten educated and then moved on. That's been going on for decades.
There is no excuse for the feral behavior of these animals except the inherent attitude of the MALES that breed the children. NONE!
There is no excuse for the perpetuation of this except for the Federal Government giving OUR tax dollars to unmarried women: The more kids, the more money.

I agree with some of what you wrote. The jobs excuse is BS. Rural kids aren’t shootin’, beatin’, rapin’ their fellow towns people.
And yes, we taxpayers raise a race and culture that is racist and violent. We feed them and allow them to bulk up on our cost so they can terrorize the whole Country.
And nobody is stopping it.
