These people are either out of touch with reality or are tying to manipulate the public. They repeatedly refer to some officers as if there is a tiny minority showing disrespect. Photos show a large number of officers turning their backs with some not. Bratton: The countrys consciousness has focused on an act of disrespect shown by a fraction of those
