Brenner et al. v. Scott was heard by the USDC for the Northern District of Florida. This is the case that Biondi asked the court to clarify ( http://www.myfloridalegal.com/newsrel.nsf/newsreleases/EB769D7C790901B785257DBE000F9C85 ) and which judge Hinkle “clarified” by bullying and bluffing saying his ruling while it only applies to the plaintiffs, clerks had better do it or they could be sued.

And Biondi blinked
“In the order, the court specified that the injunction does not require a clerk to issue licenses to same-sex couples other than the plaintiffs, but the court stated that “a clerk of court may follow the ruling, even for marriage-license applicants who are not parties to this case.” ( http://www.myfloridalegal.com/newsrel.nsf/newsreleases/891D80F35B6D0B6985257DC0007E5358 )

Bondi didn’t blink; she put the decision into the hands of the individual clerks, who understood exactly what the ruling meant—that they were going to be dragged into court if they didn’t issue the licenses.

For God’s sake, the enemy wasn’t Pam Bondi. Or Rick Scott.

The enemy was the left. and the cherry picked judges.
