The best BBQ ribs I have ever tasted were in Tennessee in a little town just at the north end of the Natchez Trace Parkway. I used to have a t-shirt from there but I wore it out. If you haven't driven the Natchez Trace from Miss to Tenn. you have missed a real treat. Do it in the fall the leaves are incredible.

However I have always had good Brisket at Rudy's. Not brilliant but always good.

However, the best steak every was served by Texas Cowboy and an unknown cook recently does brisket that is rumored to be good.
