Inglewood is bad news. However, the Lakers played there for years at the Forum, which was right off the 405 Fwy. This stadium would also be a short drive off the same artery. The location was the old Hollywood Park racetrack, and plenty of people went there over the years too.
Downtown LA is not much better, but you can bet there will be plenty of security on game days. Plus, as in downtown, there will probably be a major effort to redevelop the surrounding area.
So they will be the Los Angeles Rams of Inglewood ?
This is actually a pretty good location. Right across from the Forum, close to LAX, easy access from the more affluent neighborhoods. I new stadium with all the other stuff that is built up around it will be good for the area. I am sure St. Louis will come up with incentives to try to keep them. The Dome in St. Louis is only 20 years old. Is that the expected life span of an NFL stadium these days?

...yeah, but going to the Forum for a night game...loved the pre Gretz hockey events...was an adventure best enjoyed from an uparmored Humvee or equivalent. Just stopping at red lights was getting close to a possibly fatal encounter. Really bad neighborhood once you left the protected Forum parking lot, and you had to travel miles to get to the freeway on ramp which was not the quickest route to the Marina, but was the safest. Put the stadium in Upland for the cheap land and invite the fans of the Inland Empire...
