Any idea which restaurants where they did this? Any restaurant managers try to do anything about this thug behavior? (The patron’s don’t look to be doing a thing about it.)
I would doubt that this took place in any restaurants in South Brooklyn, Staten Island or much of Queens where disruption of this type would earn a tough response. Instead, probably in midtown Manhattan or the West or East Sides where the patrons probably bent over backwards to please the protesters. Bums like these take the path of least resistance.
I don’t understand the customers’ reaction. Even at my age and poor health, I’d “confront” them right back. I haven’t that good a control on my temper. I’ve had enough of this crap, I’m a working class puke whose worked with and associated whith all kinds of people but I won’t be disrespected by any welfare a’hole.
