So where are all the headlines about this protest? Fact is, it was a non-event and we only know about it because we are political junkies here and well tuned in compared to the average citizen.

The protesters were looking for a photo-op like the one that divided the city of Boston some 40 years ago. Even to this day, Boston is fighting the reputation that they are a racist city and this photo is a major reason why.

I'm glad that the diners in New York did not hand these radicals such an opportunity.
