Fight with his (now ex-) wife, “misdemeanor domestic violence.” In L. A. I think the rule now is that if she hit him, it's still his fault and the incident goes on his record as an offense. Correct me if that is wrong, and I'm guessing it applies in San FranCrisco as well.
