Well, duh.
Isn't that addressed in my post to which you've responded?
Your observation only echos part of my post and neither contradicts my statements,
nor the correlating principle involving responsible ownership that I've put forth.

You attribute the cause of a dog’s behavior to responsible or irresponsible ownership. While i agree that it can be a factor it fails to take into account that a dog does have a mind of its own. A well trained dog can do vicious and unintended things in the right circumstances.
