The only response conservatives should have, when leftists write articles about racism or the KKK, is to stay out of it.
Leftists are trying to create a narrative. As the most subtle among politcal beasts, they use subtle means.
Their goal is to trap conservatives into retorting something like: “If they get to be racist then we get to be racist.”

If we have no response then the liberal’s narrative becomes the accepted wisdom. If we respond, the liberals still believe their folly, but others might be dissuaded from the liberal’s narrative. We must respond, loudly and firmly.
