Because they managed to get here from a LONG ways away, while we’ve not figured out how to move ourselves beyond our moon, which is only about 10 earth-circumferences away, and we can’t even get back there today.
Tell me about it, so sad that after the space race and the space shuttle program during the Reagan years to the Bush presidency we have not gotten past our moon yet and worse yet, we have downgraded from the shuttle to a damn soyuz space capsule, pathetic indeed in my opinion.
