Sounds to me like the Board of Directors should demand Cho’s resignation for no other reason that she was willing to spend company funds to fly the plane back to the airport to do nothing more than exercise dictatorial power over an employee. 1) The plane was 30 feet from the gate when she turned it around.
2) Cho already resigned.
