Is there anyplace to go that has local contact info?

I live in East Tennessee.

If you contact the Congressional office in DC, they will give you the information on contacting their local constituent services offices. If you have a specific problem like veterans’ benefits, Social Security, etc. they can direct you to the case worker who handles that type of issue.

Click on your representative and most if not all will have local contact information on their page. Phones, office(s) address, etc.
