Isn’t “Free Trade” great?

Its ironic isn’t it - when we have a 50 year low in labor participation, record users of food-stamps, 20 million illegals in the country, and a real unemployment rate that’s probably still 10%+

We can’t find anyone to process American fish cheap enough?

This is about onerous government regulation in this country, not free markets. Try and start a business today in the fishing or aquaculture industries and you will learn that this is true. The EPA (and every other government agency) is out of control, and it is killing industry and entrepreneurs.

If we actually had Free Trade it would be awesome.

What we have is heavily subsidized and/or regulated trade by the FEDGOV and that screws everything up.
