Constantine forbid the true worship of Yeshua, and commanded his huge armies to slaughter all who kept his feasts and Sabbaths.
This slaughter continued for more than a millennium.

Not talking about Muslims. The 4th Crusade has much to answer for killing of Christians. But I'm talking about the killing of claimed heretics. Not a job for the church of God.
