Christ conferred on Peter

On the Apostles.

It applies only to matters of faith and morals

Things missing in many Popes.

How many of Jerome’s other writings do you endorse?

Few if any, I was commenting on the relative ease Catholics condemn others for doing the same acts that their saint did.

Exactly. I ask my sister all the time to point me to any weather event measured on this planet that has not been measured at some other point in time. She cannot do it.

It was a FACT from the moment Christ conferred the keys to Peter.

ECFs disagree on assignment to Peter. The the Keys are for all Christians, as all Christians are the Church.

Jerome did NOT do the same as Luther.

Jerome had an opinion on some Scripture.

He did not reconstruct the canon and divorce himself from the Catholic Church.

You will find many of the Fathers of the Church whose opinions on certain subjects, were never adopted or accepted by the Church.

Jerome did NOT do the same as Luther.

Jerome had no regard for the canonicity of the disputed books, he was made to have that regard. In that way he wasn't like Luther.

divorce himself from the Catholic Church.

He was excommunicated and the Catholics would have killed him just like they managed with Hus had he cooperated.

You will find many of the Fathers of the Church whose opinions on certain subjects, were never adopted or accepted by the Church.

Of course, most ECFs are only drug out for the purpose of providing an out of context snippet from their writings that purports to support whatever the Catholics are saying at the time.

ECF’s are wrong for their own convenience.

There can only be one truth.

Individual Christians arriving at a variety of conclusions can NOT each be right.

Christ’s statement was “Thou art Peter...etc”

He did NOT say, ‘everyone who believes John 3:16 and hates Catholics gets to make their own rules’

Christ’s statement was “Thou art Peter...etc

And then for the first time in scripture founded His Church on a 'man' rock? Nope.

everyone who believes John 3:16 and hates Catholics gets to make their own rules’

And yet the greatest creators of own rules are the Catholics. Through the use of amorphous unwritten 'Tradition', Catholicism has foisted more false doctrine and levied more un-Biblical burdens on its people than any religion in history. All Catholic dogma must be believed for salvation. At odds with God's Word. Which is why God's Word is minimized. BTW disagreement isn't hate, unless you are Catholic, then it is an excuse to kill your opponent.

I see...YOU are the ONE with an infallible understanding of Scripture.....

Who did Catholics kill?

The Crusades were a response to 400 years of Muslim attacks, and long overdue.

I have added nothing!

As usual, you have simply denied the word of God.

Drinking and eating unworthily in the case of 1Corinthians is doing so irreverantly, drunkenly.

The gathering is not intended to be a festival, but a recognition of how the Lord suffered for our healing, and future salvation.

This is the sole reason for Paul’s rebuke of those Corinthians.

Catholicism is satanic paganism.

Millions of Hebrew believers.

Constantine forbid the true worship of Yeshua, and commanded his huge armies to slaughter all who kept his feasts and Sabbaths.

This slaughter continued for more than a millennium.

.YOU are the ONE with an infallible understanding of Scripture..

Can't be, I'm no Pope.

Who did Catholics kill?

Not talking about Muslims. The 4th Crusade has much to answer for killing of Christians. But I'm talking about the killing of claimed heretics. Not a job for the church of God.

The Rabinical council has had every bit of it recorded since it began.

The RCC is Satan’s assembly.

Musta been that Luther fellow again.

It is not in the version Paul wrote.

“a recognition”???

Is that what Christ said?

If you receive the “recognition” unworthily ...??

NO!

Christ said:
27 Therefore whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord unworthily will have to answer for the body and blood of the Lord.

Yes, in the earlier verses Christ was admonishing them for treating the service as a party.
From there He goes on to make it VERY CLEAR:

“23...the Lord Jesus, on the night he was handed over, took bread,
24
and, after he had given thanks, broke it and said, “THIS IS MY BODY that is for you. Do this in remembrance of me.”
25
In the same way also the cup, after supper, saying, “This cup is THE NEW COVENANT IN MY BLOOD. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.”l
26
For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the death of the Lord until he comes.

How frequently do you “eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the death of the Lord”???

He did say we’re to continue doing this “until he comes”!

Keep your Satanic twist of the Bible to yourself please!

The obvious deliberate falsehoods in your post are vexatious to a believer.

Paul didn’t speak for Yeshua; he spoke for himself, as he constantly pointed out in his letters.
