They don’t have any business telling Britain what to do in their own country!

Por Argentina. Would they be happier with five statues?
How can we express our belief it should be five statues.

“But Argentina’s ambassador to London, Alicia Castro, has condemned the statue ‘in our Malvinas Islands’”
Oh go f*ck yourselves. What a bunch of babies.

Galtieri and his henchmen plotted and then invaded the Falklands. It was the ultimate "Wag the Dog" war. All the euphoria from winning the 78 World Cup had long since worn off, and Galtieri needed to do something to get the Argies to 'Rally 'Round the Flag.'

Peron admired Mussolini and based his government on Italian Fascism. And they never recovered. In the 1920s, Argentina was considered basically a European country, with one of the highest standards of living in the world.

The Argentines can't imagine a democratic or republican form of government. ‘swhy we have the pope's curious and moronic mouthings about the social fabric of the world.

The Brits probably destroyed them.

It's none of Argentina's business. The islands are not now and never have been Argentine property.

Many of them were - on the Admiral Belgrano. 323 men, over half the Argentinian war dead.

that war was not the fault of these Argentine draftees, they served their country and deserve a known resting place
like all veterans.
To: UnwashedPeasant
I hope the statue is made large enough that the argentinians can see it from their shore.
