I'm not a doctor nor do I play one, but a friend of mine is and I was asking if there's an uptick in gender disorders. He said there is because of hormones in animals. He is my kids doctor and he said it does concern him...

Now that is one doctors opinion on it. Any FReepers who are doctors please weigh in...

Nonsense.

Especially in a case like this where the family would eat only expensive organic food and not even that much meat.

That MIGHT, to a degree, apply in the opposite case. Most of those hormones are estrogenic, so would tend to feminize.

Also, look at the purported soy connection: same deal, estrogenic.
