No. Korea will probably be subject to a drone attack one of these days, hitting below the belt makes monkeys pretty angry.
Perhaps the drones will drop monkey excrement confirming the NK allegations. ;-)
Seriously, the population of NK are victims of a mad regime. An attack on anyone other than NK top leadership would be cruel.
Build all the nukes you want. Kill our allies’s citizens in South Korea and even attack their Army and Navy forces. Drop a few ballistic missiles around Japan. Even finance terrorism and spread WMDs around the Middle East. Engage in cyber terrorism on US soil, for goodness sake.
