So are you suggesting we eliminate prescription drugs and make all drugs over the counter? At least as long as you are over 18 or 21?
No, liability laws would still apply.
If a company allows it’s medicines to be sold without a doctors order then they are liable for any harm caused.
The prescription would be a shield for the manufacturers and the drug store.
Nothing in the constitution forces a company to sell a drug without a script....the reverse is also true.
