Sadly, in another forum the concept of a Crucifix was derided by people who called themselves Christians: they made fun of the Crucified Lord, saying the Resurrection was all that counted. That hurt just as much in its own way.
What right did that man have to destroy that Crucifix?! Were any charges pressed?
