Actually not true, but that won't matter to you I think. Indentured servants were indeed just that, however not called that.
“indentured Servants” were not slaves. They worked for a number of years, and then they were free. Slaves were.... slaves. Equating the two is nonsense, but that won’t matter to you I think.
IIRC, there were more whites who were indentured servants (slaves) than there were blacks.
