Craig said he knows of no statements that that's what happened in this case, and that linking drugs to the shooting is "pure speculation" at this time.

Since he said earlier that the teens were smoking marijuana in the car at the time of the shooting, I'd say linking drugs to the shooting is strongly supported by facts.
