I’ve been consuming Splenda since it came on the market. My stomach is fine and I’m not fat.

Obesity from consuming Splenda is far less a concern than having a damaged intestinal flora. That could leave you wide open to opportunistic infections of drug resistant bacteria.

These are already happening at a ridiculously high rate in the US.
