So a black guy points a gun at a white officer and gets shot. The black community blames the white officer.

The big question for me is why did the cop stop the black yutes in the first place? Was there a report of a crime before the LEO arrived? Did the LEO witness criminal activity? Yes, I am fully cognizant of the fact that young black males comprise something like 4% of the population, but commit an overwhelmingly disproportionate number of violent crimes, but still -- we are supposed to be living in a free country, and the thought of being stopped by LEO for no apparent reason other than skin color is offensive. Yes, the cop had no choice but to shoot to kill once the yute drew his gun, but if the cop lacked an objective, constitutional basis to stop the yutes in the first place, then he is partly at fault.
