Clinton was put into the office of president largely by donations from China.
In return he gave them military secret information involving computer programs to direct nuclear missiles.
Soon after he got into office, China used that technology to train (aim) nuclear weapons at the USA.
That, in fact, was supposed to be the main reason for his impeachment, but the compliance (and fear of China) of congress to his actions changed the reason to using an underling for sexual favors.
As an aside, I have always mentioned that Clinton should have been prosecuted for using his position to "coerce" Monica to do his bidding (OK, didn't take much "coercing" as that was the reason Lewinski went to DC...) as that is a workplace violation.
What if the head of Stanford (about Clinton's age) would have had a similar "relationship" with Chelsea (about Monica's age) while she was attending Stanford?
He (Stanford provost) would still be in jail or dead.
Interestingly enough, the "pointed but didn’t fire" policy is what Obama has declared (re nuclear attack on the USA) is now the policy of the USA.

No...Clinton was impeached by the House of Representatives on two charges, one of perjury and one of obstruction of justice. The BJ by Lewinsky had little to nothing to do with it.
