There were/are plenty. In fact, I was berated quite a bit shortly before the general election for saying that I hoped Grimes would win, simply because McConnell NEEDED to lose, at all costs. Next time around, if he isn't ousted by the primary challenger, I WILL be supporting the Democrat in the race financially and as best I can outside that. I'm not in KY, so I can't vote for his opponent, but I'll do everything I can to make sure anyone I know who can, votes for the opponent, D or otherwise.
And getting mcc out of leadership and conservatives taking over the senate is more important than winning the election

In the general election I had opined that we should not support Mitch and there were more than a few around here who criticized that.
